Liven’s interior architects have come up with great floor plans to make optimal use of space. Many layouts have several alternatives–for example, you can choose a utility room instead of a sauna, a shower instead of a bath, etc.
Adjustments made for your family
If, however, your family has more particular needs, we can make the necessary changes before construction begins. Before construction begins.
Before construction begins, you can choose from floor plans we developed and, for example, combine two apartments or change the number of rooms. Together with our interior designer you can adjust the type and placement of electrical fittings and define the layout of the apartment using the "Home Designer". Choose from our pre-designed solutions or get creative. The earlier you start the design process with us, the more options you will have.

2 months after commencement
You choose among the floor plan options designed by Liven, for a period of up to two months after the start of construction. We developed different layout options, so that your apartment suit your needs. Each floor plan includes electric- and lightning installations. Check with our architect, where individual adjustments can be made. Benefit from our expertise.
The Purchase Process
Until completion
The floor plans have been well-thought-out by us. Once the building frame is completed, changes to the floor plans are not possible anymore. However, you still have the opportunity to customize the interior design, surfaces and furnishings using our "Home Designer". Please keep in mind that we need lead time to implement your requests.
