Liven’s interior architects have come up with optimized floor plans to guarantee an optimal distribution of the capacity. Many layouts offer several alternatives to use the same space. Together we choose the number of rooms according to your specific needs. It might be a cosy room for children, or a functional office to work from home which better suits your current situation. Or have you always wanted an exclusive space to relax? We consider your personal preferences.
A home that evolves with you
Even if you have more spacial needs, we can offer to combine two single apartments to a bigger one with four to five bedrooms. Before the construction process starts and we start building your home, the choice is yours. Whenever your circumstances in life will change, we make sure that you can again separate the big apartment into the original two. So you have always the option to adjust your home according to your personal situation. Our architects will be there for you to answer all your questions.

Before construction begins.
Before construction begins, you can choose from floor plans we developed and, for example, combine two apartments or change the number of rooms. Together with our interior designer you can adjust the type and placement of electrical fittings and define the layout of the apartment using the "Home Designer". Choose from our pre-designed solutions or get creative. The earlier you start the design process with us, the more options you will have.

2 months after commencement
For a period of up to two months after the construction began, you can choose among the different floor plan options which were designed by Liven. There are different layout options for each apartment, so that you can create your apartment according to your needs. Each floor plan includes electric- and lightning installations. Consult our architect, to explore where individual adjustments still can be made at this stage. Benefit from our expertise.
The Purchase Process
Until completion
The floor plans have been well-thought-out by us. Once the building frame is completed, changes to the floor plans are not possible anymore. However, you still have the opportunity to customize the interior design, surfaces and furnishings using our "Home Designer". Please keep in mind that we need lead time to implement your requests.
