Buying a home
If the home has been drafted on paper
We can take your wishes into account: with the help of our interior architects, you can adjust the layout of your home, choose interior finishing and draw furniture, and think about whether and how many parking spaces you need and whether you want a storage space or not. But you have to be patient, because we are still designing, applying for permits and looking for a builder and can’t promise specific dates or a final price.
Once construction has begun
You can no longer change the layout of your home, but during the first months of construction, you can still choose the interior finishing and furniture, and choose your own from the available parking spaces and storage spaces. We can tell you when your home will be ready and how much it will all cost.
Your contribution: 15% of the purchase price.
When your home is ready
We have already decided everything: the color of the walls of your home and the bathroom tiles, as well as where you can park your car and how big your storage space is. All you have to do is accept it, pay the money and move in right a way. Or not, and look at one of our other homes, where you still have the opportunity to have a say.
Your contribution: 100% of the purchase price.
